DO YOU SHIP AUSTRALIA WIDE?

Yes! So far all Claxton Creative products can be shipped Australia-wide. With larger signs that are too big to ship via Australia Post they will be delivered by courier, so cost is dependent on where you are located and how big your order is.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Yes you can. I am located in Murrumba Downs, QLD so if you are a Brisbane local you are more than welcome to collect your order. Collection times are generally weeknights or weekends and are made by appointment.

DO YOU SELL VINYL STICKERS THAT I CAN APPLY MYSELF?

No, all of my sign lettering is painted by hand not by printed vinyls so at this stage I can only supply a complete sign.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?

As my signs are all custom-made, I don't have ready made items with set pricing necessarily. Pricing varies dependent on how much lettering and work is involved so I quote per custom order request. Package discounts apply for multiple signs.

WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR WELCOME SIGNS?

My regular timber welcome signs are 90 x 60cm and 7mm thick. These are available in your choice of landscape or portrait orientation. All my signs can be created in any size you want though, bigger or smaller.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To start with, send me an enquiry with the details of your custom order and I will provide you with a quote. Once you confirm that you'd like to proceed, I will email you an invoice for your payment in advance.

WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?

Standard production time is around 2-4 weeks, depending how many orders I have scheduled. If you need a sign by a certain date please let me know in advance, I can also do rush orders if you need a sign quickly.
